Please Note: This is only a request form, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We will reach out to confirm your requested date and order details. Orders are not considered confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid. We recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance.

    ORDER DETAILS

    To help us create the perfect dessert for your event, please provide as much information as possible, including the theme, desired flavors, and any writing. You can find our available flavors and fillings lists under the CAKES tab. Unless requested, all cakes are frosted in our Italian Meringue Buttercream.

    If there are any allergies we should consider, please let us know. While we follow the highest sanitation standards, please note that we are not an allergen-free kitchen, and cross-contamination is possible.

    Please upload any reference pictures if available (optional but helpful for pricing). Keep in mind that no two cakes are identical—photos serve as inspiration. If there are specific elements you’d like to include, let us know, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life!

    POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

    We are so grateful for your trust in us to bring your vision to life! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies:

    • Deposits/Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Changes must be made at least one week in advance for standard orders and one month in advance for weddings and quinceañeras. The remaining balance is due upon pick-up. For weddings and quinceañeras, full payment must be made no later than two weeks before the event.
    • Cancellations: Standard orders canceled less than one week before pick-up are non-refundable. Special event orders canceled less than one month before the event date are also non-refundable. However, non-refundable deposits may be applied as a credit toward a future order.
    • Pick-Up Responsibility: Once the product leaves our bakery, it becomes the client’s full responsibility. Please handle your baked goods with care.
    • Allergen Notice: While we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, we are not an allergen-free kitchen. Cross-contamination is possible.
    • Inspiration Photos: Photos provided are for reference only. While we do our best to match colors, variations may occur due to lighting and photography.
